Adhesive tapes with PE foam carrier are used in numerous areas due to the combination of a functional carrier and highly effective pressure-sensitive adhesives.
PE foams, for example, are characterized by low density and good weathering properties and are used as adhesive tapes for insulating, sealing or protecting.
For PE foam tapes, cross-linked polyethylene foam with a closed-cell surface is used, which provides good anchoring for pressure-sensitive adhesives. Since cross-linked PE foams do not absorb water, they can – in combination with water-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesives – also be used outdoors in areas with high moisture exposure.
Our PE foam tapes are available in various thicknesses, widths and densities, as well as with various adhesives and release liners. They are among the most cost-effective foam tapes and are easy to process.
